Group Yoga Class

  • The classes are taught at Amry’s Om studio.

  • Bring personal mats, or rent a sanitized mat.

Group HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class

“High intensity interval training (HIIT) is an intense full body workout that incorporates cardio and strength training. The workout will typically start with a warm-up and transition to a cardio portion of the workout, incorporating running and walking with more vigorous intervals that will include activities like sprints and jumping rope. The workout will then be strength training focused as we use body weight and resistance bands to strengthen our bodies. The full-body workout will then end with a cool-down that will incorporate stretching and light yoga.” - Amry Szymanski

  • Jump ropes will be provided.

  • Mats are available for rental.
